Bet Buddha Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- “BetBuddha” is the trading name of The Buddha Media ABN 66984332426.
- BetBuddha provides sports betting advice via a subscription service to the content published on the BetBuddha.com website (the Premium Content). It is not a betting agency.
- All subscribers will receive a BetBuddha membership (Members) and access to the Premium Content is only available to Members.
- All Members must be 18 years or older. Members who are found by BetBuddha to be under 18 years of age will immediately forfeit their membership without refund.
- BetBuddha may at any time request photographic identification including but not limited to a driver’s licence or passport, to confirm Members comply with the minimum age requirement.
- All Members will be given a unique access code with username and password which will enable access to the Premium Content (membership credentials).
- All Members’ membership credentials are for the use of Members only. Any unauthorised use of Members’ membership credentials will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
- It is the Members’ responsibility to keep their membership credentials confidential.
- Members must notify BetBuddha immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised use of their membership credentials and BetBuddha may, in its sole discretion, arrange for new access codes, usernames and/or passwords to be given.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information such as address, telephone number, email address and payment/bank account details are kept up to date.
- Members must notify BetBuddha immediately when there have been changes to their personal information. In the event Members fail to notify BetBuddha of changes to their personal information, BetBuddha reserves the right to suspend their membership.
- Members will immediately be prevented from accessing the Premium Content if they allow their subscription fee to lapse. BetBuddha will cause the immediate cancellation of memberships if a subscription fee remains unpaid for more than 7 days.
- BetBuddha reserves the right to exclude any person from receiving a BetBuddha membership.
- Members are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from acting on information, accepting advice or following recommendations contained in the Premium Content. BetBuddha is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by Members.
- All recommendations contained in the Premium Content are based on the information available to BetBuddha at the time and BetBuddha reserves the right to either change or correct its recommendations at any time as new information becomes available.
- A limited amount of free content may be available on the BetBuddha.com website from time to time. All visitors to the BetBuddha website, i.e. Members and non-Members, will be solely responsible for the consequences resulting from their use of the free content.
- The BetBuddha Performance Index is calculated by compounding the win or loss of each bet. BetBuddha is not responsible for the use or distribution of this information.
- Members that are unsatisfied with the advice and/or recommendations contained in the Premium Content may be entitled to a refund of their membership. Refunds will be made at sole discretion of BetBuddha and all complaints will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Any use of the BetBuddha.com website with the assistance of scripting tools, spyware, or other avasive software is strictly prohibited.
- BetBuddha owns and has copyright to all Premium Content on the BetBuddha.com website. At all times no restricted content may be copied, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way.
- Members found to be using the Premium Content in violation of the law or these Terms and Conditions will be prosecuted.
- Members hereby agree to use their best efforts to co-operate with BetBuddha in relation to any alleged misuse of their membership credentials or copyright infringement.
- BetBuddha recognises that gambling is a problem for some people and advises all problem gamblers to seek the assistance of counseling services such as G-line in New South Wales (call 1800 633 635).
- Members are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon registration of a BetBuddha membership.
- BetBuddha reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion and will post these changes on the BetBuddha.com website. Changes will be effective immediately upon notification on the website. It is Members’ responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.
- Any costs associated with accessing the website is the users responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
